JMC Recruitment demonstrates commitment to competence
JMC Recruitment signs long term deal with competence management software provider.
As part of our on-going commitment to providing the aviation industry with competent, highly-skilled permanent and contract candidates, JMC has subscribed to ELMS, the Electronic Logbook Management System.
JMC Recruitment are among a handful of leading aviation business who have adopted the system with a view to improving competence and consistency throughout the industry.
ELMS is a cloud based application that has been designed to allow engineering and non-engineering personnel within the industry to build a complete profile of their training, qualifications and experience records. This data can then be shared with recruitment agencies or potential employers for evaluation.
Once placed with an organisation a successful ELMS account holding candidate will contribute to an organisation’s cumulative competence profile, providing core data for an extensive analytics system.
As of the start of 2016, JMC Recruitment consultants will start using ELMS to evaluate the competence and compliance of all of their candidates before recommending them to clients.
Commenting on the introduction of the software Lisa Senior, Group Director, stated, “We are delighted to be able to announce our deal with ELMS Aviation.
