Provided free of charge to our clients the Swift Portal allows clients to:

  • manage their default job roles and rates;
  • submit vacancies to JMC recruiters;
  • approve job ads;
  • monitor the vacancy marketing process;
  • audit live and historic vacancy performance by team and/or company;
  • monitor escalation to 2nd tier agencies and other key process milestones;
  • review candidate CV’s;
  • reject and accept candidates for next steps;
  • schedule interviews; and
  • accept successful candidates.

Quality Control

JMC Recruitment is committed to delivering a consistent and effective end-to-end service to our clients. To that end we have implemented a quality control system with robust processes for every aspect of our operations.

Our Quality Manager, along with designated departmental quality representatives are responsible for ensuring that the prescribed processes are adhered to, and that any deviation is addressed and corrective measures are implemented in a timely fashion.
