On-Site Account Co-ordinator (Malta)

An exciting opportunity has arisen and we are now looking for an On-Site Account Co-ordinator to come and join the JMC team based in Malta.

The role of On-Site Account Co-ordinator (Malta) will provide support to our existing Operations Manager (Malta) with all client and contractor relations and will act as the local point of contact for JMC.

Main Duties and Responsibilities to Include:

  • Acting as the local point of contact for JMC’s relationship with clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients
  • Provide clients with foresight of contractor availability
  • Work with associated recruitment team and Operations Manager – Malta for the deployment of contractors between clients
  • Coordinate contractor pickups, accommodation and hire cars
  • Acting as the local point of contact and maximising full potential of JMC’s relationships, maintaining client awareness of services and additional functions that can support their daily operation. i.e. Tank Services
  • Monitor the hours being conducted by facility/trade and advise Operations Manager – Malta where requests are being made and hours are not being optimised
  • Forecasting possible supply problems and overcome with solutions
  • Liaise with Operations Manager – Malta to manage new starters into the facility
  • Provide client resource co-ordinator with foresight of contractor availability
  • Flexibility to meet client day/night varying shift patterns
  • Manage client technical link contact to ensure that required tasks are undertaken efficiently and as appropriate i.e. Tool box checks
  • Provide a visual presence throughout assigned client site
  • Represent JMC across other local client sites, dividing time where required
  • Arrange JMC contractor inductions (conducting where relevant)
  • Organise contractor security and identification passes
  • Manage the attendance of all JMC contract personnel in conjunction with client


  • Adhere to company policies, systems, procedures and codes of practice to which the company subscribes
  • Ensure company compliance procedures are adhered to
  • Work and adhere to agreed client policies and procedures
  • Help with contractor queries that are raised

Person Specification


  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being able to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work on own initiative and to organise and prioritise own work
  • Attention to detail is essential
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Flexibility within the role
  • Ability to convey information accurately, clearly and in a manner easily understood
  • Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and database systems


  • Previous experience within the recruitment industry (desirable)
  • Previous experience within customer/account management (desirable)
  • Previous experience within reporting/analysing data (desirable)
  • Experience working within a busy environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Experience working in an aviation environment (advantageous but not essential)
